Seasonal Teleflora Work From Home Consumer Service Job [CLOSED]

Teleflora has updated their job posting for the seasonal part-time work from home Consumer Service Agent job (Job Code 3292).  They are now offering a $250 bonus to be paid after completion of assignment per holiday.  They are currently scheduling training classes for the Mother’s Day season.  One of the requirements listed on their page is that you must be able to work at least 20 to 25 hours per week from May 1st through May 15th.  The dates of May 8th through May 11th may require extended hours.

They are not accepting applicants in Alabama, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.  Teleflora offers 12 to 16 hours of training, which is paid at State minimum wage.  After training the pay is $8.00 per hour up to $11.00 with commission.

The primary responsibility of Consumer Service Agent is to help customers chose and order their arrangements.

Sample of job requirements include:

  • No wireless computer connections are allowed
  • Ability to multitask in a faced-paced environment
  • Prior customer service experience is desirable
  • Good typing and data entry skills
